Alan is the whole package -- talented chef, extremely professional, organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. Most private chefs have a fixed menu, but Alan quickly understood and improved my old-school steakhouse vision and created a custom, three-course menu to celebrate our friends' birthdays. We had 20 people in attendance, and the quality of every plate was outstanding. His food is refined, forward-thinking, and delicious -- far-exceeding many restaurants in the area. I highly recommend his services, and I can't wait to partner with him again in the future.

Absolutely amazing dining experience from start to finish! Each dish was not only delicious, but you could see the attention to detail and care that went into preparing the food. The wine pairings with each course were so well thought out and elevated the experience even further. Chef Alan does such an incredible job with every single event that I’ve attended and I can’t recommend him enough!
